Email integration is a key functionality in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. CRM users in Sales, Marketing or Service rely heavily on CRM’s email functionality when interacting with clients. Dynamic CRM’s email functionality includes support for attachments however the interface is not ideal. Downloading email attachments from incoming emails requires the users to go to the Attachment tab, Open the Attachment record and then download the attachment. Users who are used to Outlook expect to be able to see all attachments available in the same screen and be able to download them with a single click. The Attachment Quick Download does exactly that.
The add-on adds an area to the email attachment window displaying all the attachments related to the email and allowing the user to download attachment with a single click. This add-on can greatly enhance the productivity of CRM Users who deal with a large volume of emails.
